2. Return and Refund Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt (new and used items accepted).

  • Contact us at contact@everything-yoga.com to initiate your return.

  • Return shipping fees are at your expense.

  • Items not eligible: Gift cards, products that are visibly damaged or excessively used.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and approving the return.

  • Standard tracked delivery (FREE): 5-10 business days (USA & Canada)

  • Express Delivery USA: $USD 10.99 (3-7 business days)

  • Express Delivery Canada: $CAD 16.00 (3-7 business days)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipped. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.
